1930’s Vintage Home Kitchen Remodel
This was the second of two projects done for this family in Pasadena. To create more space the wall was removed between the kitchen and laundry area. The laundry was relocated to the old HVAC closet. The kitchen area was gutted to the framing to allow for upgrades to the plumbing and electrical as well as structural changes. Existing windows and the back door were replaced as well as new hardwood flooring. The custom cabinets were thoughtfully designed for functionality, as the client loves to cook. The client’s selections of colors, tile splash and counters helped create a mid-century country feel with modern upgrades and amenities.
