Library/Master Sitting Room Renovation

Project Description

Listening to and working with the client’s ideas, we created a warm and purposeful library with office space and setting area. The existing cabinetry, doors, fireplace surround, flooring and electrical/lighting were removed.  New custom windows were installed to utilize the former patio door opening. New cabinetry and a desk with concealed computer equipment and cabling was designed, built and installed. A lighting plan was developed to accomplish the needs of the space and to create ambiance. Crown molding was added along with a new fireplace mantle. The carpentry was finished with a two tone color palette used to bring in warmth.
